Thomas Biegalski is an accomplished quality professional, auditor, and project leader. His extensive manufacturing background, combined with his experience and passion for encouraging others to perform their best, allows him to provide a depth of perspective not often found in traditional quality consulting. Quality Audits are generally conducted department by department focusing on policy, procedures, records, inputs and outputs. Interviews are conducted with all levels of the organization to verify conformance to policy. Having an unbiased, experienced auditor review your quality process helps to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT).

Training is highly customized for each company/department. During a pre-engagement meeting we will discuss the scope of training needed. Only the requested training will be provided, reducing waste in resource hours.
